I received the Bromic Heater on February 24. When I was able to hire an electrician to instal the unit it was March 6. When the installer opened the element it had a crack in it. I reached out immediately to this company with photos and documentation of the product being damaged. Three weeks later, their response was " We have to submit a shipping claim to the shipping company within 72 hours after an item being delivered or received. After that they won’t allow the claim. You need to purchase a new model for it."I have never heard such nonsense! People get deliveries everyday that do get opened immediately. Especially in the construction industry. This company has terrible communication and do not look out for their customers. I am having to purchase the element which cost $200 if I want to use the heater. I will never consider business with Belle Flame.
