Ordered a Buck gas stove from Belle Flame. Order was shipped in less than 5 days and arrived safely boxed up. Have not used the fireplace yet because it’s going into a home under construction. However, we are very pleased and would recommend Belle to anyone.
Only half my order arrived initially and after a series of communications they finally admitted to having the other half in their warehouse for some bizarre reason. Then more drawn out processes just to get a tracking confirmation. Second half of order showed up w some bent accessories I’m now not being responded to about correcting. I’m a realtor and deal w hundreds of emails a week. Zero phone answering and have to hound w emails repeatedly to get a response. This has pushed my job out way farther than it needed to be. Just give answers!
I ordered a product in August. The website says delivery days are between 4 and 10 business days. After 45 days, I still haven't received the product even though my credit card was charged.Despite calling 10 times to ask what's going on,I was told they don't have the product and I still haven't received the credit card.Beware of this company. In my opinion, it is not reliable. arie brikmn
