a week after I placed my order and paid I asked via chat if it had been shipped. I was told they'd ship it the following Wed. On that Wednesday I called and was told Lionel was the only person that could help me. I left Lionel a voicemail and email, both were ignored. That Friday I said via chat that I was in a bad situation with my water heater and I needed the one I had ordered and paid for to be shipped. They said it would be shipped that day. On Saturday I asked via chat if my order had been shipped. I was told it would be shipped on Monday. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it until Monday. I called my bank, who will go after them legally if needed. My bank took care of it and I got the refund on Sunday. I feel like they took my money as an interest-free loan for a few weeks. It was pretty stressful since the water heater was expensive and I didn't know if I'd get my money back.I would not recommend this company. I feel like they are a notch above a scam site. Maybe you get your product or maybe they just keep your money and see if you complain about it.
