This service is incredibly untrustworthy. They work hard to extract your money, pushing unnecessary upsells. Once they have your payment, they become unreachable. Emails and calls go unanswered. I was persuaded to use them for illustrations, and they claimed my existing art wasn't good enough, despite it being fine. I ended up paying $1500 for illustrations, only to receive AI-generated images that were poorly done. When I raised concerns, the replacement image was just as bad. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!
