Once they receive your payment, communication ceases, making it nearly impossible to reach a real person. Emails and calls go unanswered. Additionally, they utilize a self-publishing platform that doesn't meet expectations. I was persuaded to use them for my illustrations, and despite already having quality work, they claimed my illustrations were inadequate. I paid $1500 for new illustrations, but received AI-generated artwork that was subpar. One character even had mismatched features. After voicing my concerns, they sent another AI-generated image that was equally disappointing. AVOID THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE!

I cannot endorse this service from overseas for anyone. Even though my book is a wonderful true story, they mishandled it completely. They omitted an entire chapter after publishing and failed to follow the storyline. Much of the work is AI-generated, lacking proofreading, and if you contest their charges, they refuse to fulfill your requests. For instance, I invested $11,000 in marketing that started last May and is supposed to continue until May 2026. They are highly unprofessional and charge exorbitant fees that are not justified.
Working with this representative was a regrettable experience. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and solely focused on profit. My book was printed incorrectly, and they refused to take responsibility. I would strongly advise against engaging with them.
