Much of the work is AI-generated, lacking proofreading, and if you contest their charges, they refuse to fulfill your requests. For instance, I invested $11,000 in marketing that started last May and is supposed to continue until May 2026. They are highly unprofessional and charge exorbitant fees that are not justified.
