No one took real responsibility for my project. There was a clear absence of quality control—illustrations were sent to me without any internal review, and there were significant errors. Even after I raised concerns, I was promised fixes that never materialized. I lost all trust in their ability to deliver and have chosen to abandon this project entirely. I would not recommend them to anyone.
