Additionally, they utilize a self-publishing platform that doesn't meet expectations. I was persuaded to use them for my illustrations, and despite already having quality work, they claimed my illustrations were inadequate. I paid $1500 for new illustrations, but received AI-generated artwork that was subpar. One character even had mismatched features. After voicing my concerns, they sent another AI-generated image that was equally disappointing. AVOID THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE!
