Total scam, I just realised.The items were poor quality and when sending an email to try to return them and get a refund, an AI generated email is sent saying that the item has to be return to an address in China (which I cannot find on Google maps) and the cost have to be paid by the customer. In addition to that, the return policy says that the items have to be returned with tags when they didn't even come with a tag! Every email I've sent has been answered to by AI and my last email has not been answered yet... I feel like I have just wasted £120 on items that I don't want and were not even worth a third of that price! Total scam.
