I plan to alert the local authorities about this scam operation. Even the photos of the supposed owners are fake.
Deceptive practices. The product description does not align with what you actually receive. The quality is extremely poor. You have to pay for return shipping, which is twice the price of the item. They offer a 20% refund without requiring the item to be sent back. Truly disappointing.
Would rate zero stars if possible. This site pretends to be British, but tracking shows items shipped from China. They sell counterfeit versions of branded goods at inflated prices for cheap, poorly made, and undersized items. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering; it has been an expensive lesson. I ordered what I believed to be classic boots during a sale. They were not. They are cheap, flimsy, and unattractive. The heel loop looks like it was designed by a machine, with text that makes no sense. I could feel the ground through the supposed cushioned sole. They arrived a week late in inadequate packaging. After reading the previous reviews, I won't even attempt to contact the company; I’ll just consider this a lesson learned.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a coat, thinking it was a local business (it's not). The coat was the wrong color, of poor quality, and did not fit well. When I sought a refund, they insisted I send it to China with tracked delivery, which would cost nearly as much as the coat itself. Not worth the trouble.
If only I had read the reviews first... like many others, I have been scammed. The jacket I ordered is nothing like what was shown, and it’s way too small. There’s a big difference between size 6 and size 16. I doubt I’ll get a refund. The lesson learned is that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is a scam.
I had a similar experience as many others. Their entire operation is based on deception. They are not located where they claim. The store in the photos on their website does not exist. The clothing does not match the images shown online. Their return policy is completely impractical. STAY AWAY.
