I have purchased their cases for various phones over the years and they generally have been great. 3 weeks ago I bought a case for my Pixel 9 Pro XL.I started seeing a problem with USB C port cutaway. The top leather layer has started peeling away from the plastic. I don't have wireless Android Auto in my car, so I need to plug it in and it keeps catching the cutaway. I have subsequently purchased a mous case and don't have the same problem at all.
