The product quality is outstanding; I’ve made two purchases with no issues and they look great. HOWEVER, I recently bought a gift that was too small, so I ordered a larger bag and have requested a RETURN AUTHORIZATION three times with NO RESPONSE. This is very disappointing. There’s no phone number to call and no chat support. I can’t recommend this brand if customer support is this lacking.

However, I need to mention a flaw—the wallet has a metal feature that often catches under my fingernail, causing pain and bleeding. This makes me hesitant to reach into my pocket, and I would prefer to remove this feature if possible.
