This was the best and most important purchase we've ever made.
From our very first visit to the show homes at Ellingwood, it felt like we'd known Katrina for years. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and generous with her time, even the coffee and biscuits!
The whole buying process went really smoothly right through to handover day, exactly as promised. Their recommended lawyers and mortgage advisers were excellent, and we'd happily use them again and recommend them to others.
As expected with a new build, we were told by the site manager and construction director that any snags would be covered for two years, which gives real peace of mind.
Almost 2.5 months in, we haven't had any major issues. The only hiccup was our patio door not locking properly, but we called customer service and it was fixed within a couple of hours, even on a weekend. That definitely earns more than 5 stars.
