From the beginning until completion, the entire team was incredibly supportive, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to the Site Manager, Mr. David, whose dedication, attention to detail, and prompt responses gave us great confidence in the quality of our new home. He ensured everything was completed to a high standard and was always approachable whenever we had questions.
We are also truly grateful to the Sales team, Ms. Kerry and Ms. Laura, for their outstanding support. They guided us patiently through every step of the process, kept us well informed, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their friendly and caring approach made us feel valued and reassured throughout.

We absolutely love our erinvale! We moved into Ellingwood in December and have had an amazing experience thus far! We dealt with Katrina in the sales office who is absolutely brilliant at her job, so friendly, so nice and kept us more than informed on everything leading up to the move in date. If visiting the sales office, I guarantee you will stick around just for a chat with her!


We have had a couple of small hiccups since moving in which is absolutely expected with any new build property - I mean it has only just been built! But our site manager Tommy has jumped on everything for us and got resolved asap, he has also been super great to deal with and we cannot fault him for his professionalism. We absolutely love our home, we love this estate and we have nothing but good things to say about bellway, Tommy, Katrina and also the customer service email who has responded to us within 24 hours of each email sent.

The only downside of the new build situation is ordering your bins; nothing to do with bellway but we ordered ours 18 weeks ago and still waiting so if thinking about buying - arrange these with your council asap! (We are in glasgow)


We also sold our last home via the express mover and I have to say, great incentive - made our lives easy from the point of deciding we wanted our home in Ellingwood!

Ruined our local area. Ripped out road crossing islands, and replaced with nothing, causing proper grief for elderly neighbours. Woodland unnecessarily removed. Every set of roadworks is done and redone 2 or 3 times. Awful looking dark, piled upon eachother estates, with next to no outdoor space - and what you do get, usually has a garage plonked right inside of it.. Don't join it to the house, whatever you do!

Hello everyone, I had a wonderful experience purchasing a house in the area. We conducted thorough research beforehand, which many overlook, leading to negative reviews regarding deposits and other upfront costs. The professional snagging service was invaluable. Could you please provide me with the drainage details for my property, including the soil pipe and water drainage systems? I have a plot on one side of the development with several manholes in both the backyard and driveway. Thank you in advance! A special shoutout to the site chargehand and the team, including the sales representative, for their exceptional support.

Mixed Experience: Great Interaction with the Company, Frustrating Charger Issue

This review has two parts; my direct interaction with the company has been excellent. They have been quick to respond and resolved issues efficiently. I was very pleased both before and after the purchase. However, that changed when I faced a problem with the charger provided by another service. The service related to the charger has received poor reviews for customer support, and now I understand why. Their customer center seems primarily focused on closing tickets, regardless of whether issues are truly resolved. When I contacted them, the representatives followed scripts without any real understanding of the situation. In my attempt to fix the problem, they informed me that they couldn't identify the installation date of my charger... which is perplexing since it's their equipment! Their service is not designed to handle cases where the charger is part of a development package. Sadly, due to the company's choice to partner with this service, I now find myself rating them poorly for customer support. I only managed to get my issue progressing again by reaching out to the company, but I'm genuinely disappointed that they opted to collaborate with this service; it seems they were just looking for a cost-effective option.

The representative at Narrowboat View provided outstanding assistance. No request was too great for him; he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The site managers were also very supportive and have done an excellent job. We are thrilled with our new home.
