This review has two parts; my direct interaction with the company has been excellent. They have been quick to respond and resolved issues efficiently. I was very pleased both before and after the purchase. However, that changed when I faced a problem with the charger provided by another service. The service related to the charger has received poor reviews for customer support, and now I understand why. Their customer center seems primarily focused on closing tickets, regardless of whether issues are truly resolved. When I contacted them, the representatives followed scripts without any real understanding of the situation. In my attempt to fix the problem, they informed me that they couldn't identify the installation date of my charger... which is perplexing since it's their equipment! Their service is not designed to handle cases where the charger is part of a development package. Sadly, due to the company's choice to partner with this service, I now find myself rating them poorly for customer support. I only managed to get my issue progressing again by reaching out to the company, but I'm genuinely disappointed that they opted to collaborate with this service; it seems they were just looking for a cost-effective option.
