Sad that they take so little pride. I’ll add a photo if it allows but they sent this from Denmark to Washington state in a bag. No box. Shocker that it arrived all bent out of shape. Who give so little Sh*ts about their own product that they would send a hat halfway around the world and not protect it? Bellyhat is the answer. I’ve seen what happens when requesting a refund or for them to make it right, they give you a $6-8 credit. Totally fine. I’ve seen what they offer and I won’t ever order another hat from them and hopefully others will see this and save themselves this hassle. No place for a photo so take my word for it- their hat comes in a BAG.
