I waited for over a month almost 6 weeks to get the hats delivered,then they were delivered in a little plastic bag crushed up and bent up. Very disappointed in the quality of the hats, they don't fit as advertised ,they fit very small.
Ordered a hat from Bellyhat. First thing they did was overcharged me $14 & some change. Emailed them & they refunded it. What they dont tell you is these are shipped from Italy. It took over a month to get here. I used THEIR sizing chart. 1st thing was, it came nowhere close to fitting. 2nd was, local cowboy store couldn't shape it because it was of so poor quality. 3rd was it was supposed to be a "stiff, flat, brimmed hat". If you picked it up by the brim it would fold 90° down. When it finally arrived it was crushed & in a bag.Junk-RUN-Junk $70 LOSS!

I ordered what was advertised as a stylish, high-quality hat, but what arrived was nothing short of cheap, poorly made, and completely disappointing.The material feels like low-grade costume fabric, not something you’d expect from a company claiming to sell quality headwear. It has a rough texture, the stitching is uneven, and the hat simply looks and feels cheap. To make matters even worse, it was shoved into a thin plastic bag with absolutely no protection or care. By the time it arrived, it was bent out of shape, misshapen, and impossible to fix no matter how much I tried. Honestly, it wouldn’t even pass for a decent prop at a child’s fancy dress party.When I contacted customer service, I hoped they’d make things right, but that only added to my frustration. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. The apology I was offered was juvenile at best and the compensation started at $4 before rising to $7 and finally $10. It’s clear that Bellhats doesn’t value its customers or stand behind its products.After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never purchase from Bellhats again, and I strongly advise everyone else to steer clear as well. There are plenty of reputable brands out there that deliver what they promise and treat customers with respect.Save your money and your time — do not buy from Bellhats. Their products are cheap, their packaging careless, and their customer service downright appalling. I wish I had read a review like this before placing my order. Hopefully, this review will save someone else the same disappointment.
Received my 2 hats I bought last week just under 4 weeks after i ordered, all though they did not come in box as advertised on site , they were still wrapped well , and once the package was opened both in good condition and good quality . For the reasonable cheap price I paid they are of good quality . I would if I needed to order from them again , but if your looking for really high quality hats from them I would advise to look else where , the price mark of their hats on site , should tell you they are not top top quality , but over all happy with them
The only reason they get 1 star is because I could not 0 star. I bought 2 hats and they came in a plastic pouch not in a box, they were crushed and could not wear them one of the hats the stitches was wrong. They said they could not make it right by allowing me to return the hats for a full refund or exchange. This company is a SCAM AND FRAUD STAY AWAY!!!! I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED!!!
Absolutely pitiful! This company should be shut the hell down and I will certainly be reporting them to the BBB. You could have a good thing if you put in any effort but apparently you guys are just lazy scam artist! Mail out hats in an envelope, express mail through USPS! WOW!
I saw these hats on IG and i didn’t bother to look at reviews when I should have. To say that a 5 year old boy could have made these hats is an understatement. And a teenager angry at the world packaged them. I took my own experience with cowboys hats and steamed shaped them when i received them. Because they were scrunched in a bag, not even a box. I can wear these for Halloween costume or a themed party, but definitely not a country bar. I spent 80$ on 2 hats that I could have bought one good one. This company has terrible reviews that I wished I had looked at prior. Dooooooo Notttttttt order from this company. Absolutely terrible .
