Possibly the worst internet provider for the following reasons:You have to send a message to make contact and then wait for a reply, this could take hours or days in my own experience.While you’re awaiting the reply you are paying for a service that doesn’t work and you will be using your own data which is way more reliable, actually.Then you have to wait days for a technician to come out, if the day and time suits you.All the while paying for a service that could honestly be So Much Better.As of now I am seeking another provider.Update: the reply from Belong suggests to use Messenger. I have been waiting for a reply through there for over 12 hours now. Belong you have just shown how slow you are to reply, thus increasing my anger and complaints.
