Absolutely appalling.My mother’s phone was destroyed in a devastating house fire and she needed to call up and get her old number back on a new sim so she could do two factor authentication and get back into everything again.My mother was treated with ZERO urgency and ZERO care after her home was destroyed.DISGUSTING customer service. SHAME.

The servce is bad, like real bad. They used to be an easy company to deal with. 2 months ago service in my area dissapeared i had 2 accounts. I cancelled them both. One account will not cancel, today i recieved another bill. I chat botted away, it started nice... then instead of cancelling the service, this hopless service lady Shwetha escalated my request to cancel my service - so im trying to cancel thin air, and they wont??? On pre paid...
I'm very happy with Belong, they are Very quick to sort out everything U need, my speed on higher plan is quite fast, the only downside I really struggled to understand call centre, very hard to hear very hard to understand, what I could fully be sure if is that it was from overseas India. Wish I could speak to an Australian, who understands me and who I understand also. Although they did a good job, it was so very difficult on my part to understand although they could understand me Easily.But I've always loved BELONG. I have left before and fully regretted it, Billing is very clear, can pay more in advance, and share your data with same network users. RARELY I GIVE 5 STARS, BUT TRUTH BE SAID, BELONG IS THE BEST...
I would have clicked zero if it was an option! Horrendous service technical support that can’t speak English. Absolutely no assistance in getting my internet reconnected after it was accidentally disconnected and was told within the hour of being disconnected it would take 3-5 business days to fix. Horrendous!!!
Frustrating speaking to the customer service who just read off a script and don’t even answer your questions. I have 2 accounts and the lady went into the wrong account for almost an hour when I kept telling her it was the other account. What a waste of time! Line is very crackly and their accent is so difficult to understand. They just talk over you when you are trying to speak, you can’t even get your message across.
