For the first 6 months the coverage from Belong was impeccable and we encountered no issues. Unfortunately in January 2022 we suddenly lost WIFI in the middle of a working day and the customer service from that point on was awful. In total we didn't have WIFI for 13 days and we chased and reached out on a daily basis. A customer service phone line is needed and the communication throughout from Belong was unbelievably poor. I advise messaging Belong through Facebook chat as this brought us the most success.
