I anticipated receiving a 3D crystal-like figurine of my parents, but what I got was merely a flat piece of plexiglass with a printed image that looked somewhat like crystal. It was far from what was depicted in the images. Interestingly, when I took a photo of it with my phone, it seemed more like a 3D crystal figurine. I would never suggest this product to anyone.
