This company is a scam, I ordered a statue of my Grandson and his new bride, and receive a flat cardboard cut out. Do not order anything from this company that is based in China. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months.
I expected a 3D crystal-like figurine of my parents, but instead received a flat piece of plexiglass with a printed image that only vaguely resembled crystal. It was entirely different from the promotional images. Ironically, when I took a photo with my phone, it seemed closer to a 3D crystal figurine. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
Like many others, the final product I received is nothing like the beautiful statue that was advertised. The promised item was a fully 3-dimensional, lifelike statue, but what I got was just a two-sided cutout placed in a base to stand. I'm really disappointed, and after seeing the other reviews, I won't even attempt to get a refund. Clearly misleading advertising.

This company is utterly disappointing and a major scam. I paid a significant amount for a terrible product, plus a delivery fee, and after a long wait, what I received was nothing like what was shown online. Customer service is also lacking. This was meant to be a surprise gift, but it has been ruined. I'm very unhappy.

I should have heeded the reviews before purchasing! The advertisement was completely misleading; they display a figurine but send a flat piece of plastic with your photo on it. I paid a high price for what likely cost very little to make. Thankfully, I used a payment service that may help me get a refund.
