Avoid ordering from this company. I placed an order on November 20 for a bracelet. Despite the company claiming to be based in the UK, it is actually shipping from China. I have tried two different emails to contact them regarding my order, but none have been answered. I had to file a dispute with my bank, which is now investigating.
