AVOID THIS SERVICE. I placed an order on 20th November for a bracelet. Even though the company claims to be based in the UK, my order is actually shipping from China. I have sent two different emails to inquire about my order's status, including one mentioned here, but I have received no response, and my messages remain unanswered. I have had to file a dispute with my bank, which is now looking into the matter.
