This is a Chinese company with a shell office in the USA. Costumer service is in China. Order a necklace for my "Bonus Daughter " because of the inscription in the box and necklace. It took 1 month to get here and was incomplete, no inscription card! Contacted CS, just wanted a new box with the inscription. They offered 10% and told me to have someone here write it. Then admitted they have massive returns and knew the product was incomplete prior to shipping. Also said he had 3 children and couldn't afford to refund or even pay for shipping to return! AVOID AT ALL Costs!
