Extremely disappointed with this fraudulent service.

I'm truly frustrated and wish I could give this service zero stars. I placed an order for a bracelet on January 11, 2025, and I have yet to receive it or even see it dispatched! Each time I hear from them, there's a different excuse. I am now planning to contact my bank to request a refund. AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!

Disappointing experience with a stacking birthstone ring

I purchased a stacking birthstone ring featuring three smaller stones and one larger stone. Unfortunately, within just two weeks, all the small stones fell off and were lost due to their tiny size, making them impossible to locate. I reached out to the company twice to request a return for a refund, well within the legal 30-day period, but I have not received any response. I have a suspicion that this company operates out of China, as I have encountered similar issues in the past. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. At 80 years old, I bought two bracelets for my granddaughters to remember me by. They claimed they were delivered when they actually were not. This feels like a complete scam.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would.

If I could rate this zero stars, I certainly would. The product quality is shocking; I've never seen 'silver' tarnish like this. One jewel fell out, and although I got replacements, the new one also lost a jewel. Absolutely terrible—do not buy from this company.

One star is way too generous!

One star is way too generous! Avoid this company at all costs; it's a major scam. I ordered a bracelet that arrived incorrectly, and when I contacted them for a replacement, they claimed it was no longer available, despite it still being listed on their website. They offered only a 20% refund for their mistake! This is appalling, and I will pursue a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

Three weeks and still no earrings!

I ordered earrings three weeks ago, and they still haven't arrived. I contacted my payment service to investigate and found out they are a foreign company. This feels like a scam.
