Appears complaining on here is the only way to receive a response as when you try to on their website no one responds, I received my jacket back in November after experiencing some delivery issues and items missing from the jacket but eventually got there, fast forward to the start of the biking season and trying the jacket out for the first time only to find a fault with the jacket. Stitching missing from the Velcro that covers the belt fastener at the bottom of the jacket, I have emailed and tried to contact them to resolve the fault but no response received as of yet (Request #340223) hopefully posting on here may help
