Ordered x2 Sweatshirts in there recent sale. Marked as delivered on Royal Mail but this was for something else, the Royal Mail photo even shows this. I emailed several times without a response and numerous voicemails have been left. I have finally had a generic response stating that its been upgraded to an urgent request but still nothing has been refunded. Absolute waste of time that I'm going to be forced to chargeback via my bank.
