I recently requested a repair for a split in my son’s Belstaff gillet, I could have gone to a seamstress closer to home but decided I wanted a professional repair….! This isn’t what I got and no one from Belstaff will respond to my emails I have sent, as they have ruined the gillet. not only have they taken a piece of material from inside the zip that doesn’t match the colour at the front of the gillet they replaced inside the gillet with a completely different colour and material so now the gillet can’t be worn. I wish I had taken the gillet elsewhere but thought Belstaff would know what they were doing.extremely disappointed do not use their repair service.
