I bought a coat for my husband for Christmas. The coat was lovely, but turned out too large so wanted to exchange for smaller. There was no option to exchange so I returned it and bought a new one in smaller size for £200 more. Then after confirming that they have received the return 10days ago I am still waiting for refund and the new order has been cancelled with no explanation and no apology. This is totally unprofessional and shows cavalier attitude towards their customersEdit after follow up experience with Belstaff -I have now changed the rating from 2 stars to 1 star: the Belstaff team reached out with clarification and offered the discount for next purchase. The refund has not been issued but after my follow up they eventually refunded it (total 13 days after receiving the original coat back). And guess what - the coat is available again! So I buy it again and again it has been cancelled with no information. After trying to buy the same coat thee times I give up. This is truly a joke of a customer service.
