Absolutely shocking customer service. Items ordered not delivered, emails not responded to by customer service dept, online chat only open 3 hours a day on weekdays when most people are at work - or put another way the online chat is closed for 21-24 hours per day…Still waiting for an answer if my items will be be delivered or not.Update 12/11 - I have seen the Trustpilot response which is completely false and untrue. I received no email update as stated on the Friday and the items they say were delivered simply were not in the parcel and thus not delivered. The parcel was barely large enough to contain a baseball cap let alone the pair of shoes and polo shirt missing from the delivery. Poor to add lies on top of a poor customer experience !
