Never will I buy Belstaff again. As someone who owns thousands of pounds of Belstaff jackets, this last experience has left me realizing it’s just another greedy company, not prepared to back up its over inflated prices with customer service that matches.Ordered an item from the website unfortunately the wrong size had been sent, so returned it.Returned- 10/10/2025Arrived - 17/10/2025I’ve had no correspondence from Belstaff to indicate the receipt or processing of the item, other than me checking my return reference agains their tracking. As of writing this (11/11/2025) it’s been almost 4 weeks they have had the item back with no sign of a refund.I chased this with them on 30/10/2025, to which I received a mail on 08/11/2025 advising my query is in a queue.This review is in keeping with the experience of many other negative reviews on here surrounding their returns process and customer service as a whole.If brands are going to charge a hugely inflated price on their items for badge appeal, which we all know Belstaff is, they’d better back it up with customer service and support. It’s 2025, no way should a return on a premium item take over 5 weeks with no communication. You’ve lost a customer! Order number UKW-275547 if you are interested Belstaff.
