I placed an order on-line for a jacket, it was the first time that I had ordered with Belstaff on-line having purchased all my previous items in-store.The order went through ok but then I received an email saying quote the code below and receive 10% off your first order, which was frustrating because it came through after the order was placed.However, after contacting Belstaff by email they said that they would honour the discount code.Louisa managed the partial refund process all the way through, even promising to email me when it was complete, which she did.It was an all-round great customer experience, with Louisa being the star of the show.Louisa is an absolute credit to the company, which sadly isn't always the case these days!
