The customer service and the refund process is really poor.Multiple weeks after sending the refund (sent on the 23rd Jan), as of the 19th Feb I still don’t have the refund! Also customer service response is both delayed and poor once you finally get a reply.Quite simply I wouldn’t use, as the after sales service is so poor…
