Shocking customer service! Returned jacket (a Christmas present that was too small) on the 27/12 received by their hub on 28/12. Nothing, not even confirmation of receipt. I sent an email to ask for confirmation of receipt on 14/01 and finally received a response on 21/01 confirming receipt back at the warehouse on 07/01, assuring me of a refund shortly. It’s now 03/02 still no refund. I am shocked at this poor level of customer service. Reading the response… Gesture of good will?!?!? For not refunding anywhere within a reasonable timescale! That comment is insulting!
