Still waiting from December to receive a refund. The customer service is extremely poor. No issue when I purchased from an external provider. I wont be purchasing direct ever again!The reply from Belstaff states 'as a gesture of good will I will be refunded'... It isnt a good will, it is policy that I am refunded! Ive waited over 28 days not the 14 as promised
