Overall, 5 stars.Pros:Belstaff products are, in my opinion, of a very high-quality manufacture and almost timeless in their appeal and looks.Belstaff Customer service is brilliant with a special mention for Louisa.Cons:There has been some criticism and perhaps the business model could be improved when dealing with returns.I had bought a jacket that was too big and wanted to swap it for a smaller size.I was unable to do this and was told to return the jacket and order the other size.Given the prices involved my budget could not afford to re-order until I had been refunded for the jacket that did not fit.Normally the refunds can take up to 3 weeks however Louisa was able to expedite the refund quickly so I could reorder.Best time to buy.Belstaff have sales 2 to 3 times a year and their strategy is to offer a discount which is then further discounted after a few weeks. With a final push there comes another sale closing discount.I have bought items only to then find them further discounted which is never a good feeling, however when I spoke to Belstaff about this I found that they had a price match policy and would refund the further discounted amount.
