Lack of Service and Poor Conditions

I booked a stay at a hotel managed by them and encountered multiple issues during my five-night stay. I had no hot water for three days and my room was never serviced. Basic supplies like toilet paper and coffee pods were not restocked. The carpet was dirty, and the customer service was non-existent; I couldn't reach anyone by text or call. The balcony's flooring was in poor condition, and I struggled to open the balcony door. Additionally, there were persistent noises from a club downstairs, and the ceiling showed signs of dampness. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
