They also mentioned a minimum stay requirement of two nights, leading to the cancellation of my booking. It seems they have taken over the management of the property. When I inquired via the provided email, I received an automated response indicating that the address was no longer in use, meaning my request would not be processed. I will certainly avoid this type of accommodation in the future.

Issues with Additional Charges

Lack of Service and Poor Conditions

I booked a stay at a hotel managed by them and encountered multiple issues during my five-night stay. I had no hot water for three days and my room was never serviced. Basic supplies like toilet paper and coffee pods were not restocked. The carpet was dirty, and the customer service was non-existent; I couldn't reach anyone by text or call. The balcony's flooring was in poor condition, and I struggled to open the balcony door. Additionally, there were persistent noises from a club downstairs, and the ceiling showed signs of dampness. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I urge you to steer clear of this company. I've traveled extensively for both work and leisure, but I've never faced such an absurd situation. Upon arriving at a property with known heating issues during cold weather, they attempted to charge us extra for bed linens and towels, demanding cash payments that weren't disclosed in the booking. The customer service was laughable.

Avoid This Service Provider

I fully paid for a property through a booking platform only to be hit with over 300 Euros in additional charges they claim were necessary for my booking to be honored. They even created fake invoices during an investigation into the situation. This is a clear case of fraud, and I question why the platform continues to list their properties. I attempted payment through a secure method, but their system blocked it for unknown reasons. I've received nothing but automated replies from customer service.
