Belvilla.com Uses any chance if possible to overcharge the client. Willing to exploit any mistake that the client can do.I ordered apartaments over booking.com. But wanted to change dates. By the policy and mutual agreement i would have to pay the difference between dates which was 90eur. Belvilla exploiting this and asking 368 eur. Which is 70% of orginal price. They were not able to provide how this price was calculated, they were calculating the difference not from booking.com price but some other price that was in their system which i dont even see anywhere not even in belvilla.com of same apartment.Company is not transparent with their policy, does not respect the mutual policy agreement with booking.com clients. Exploit any oportunity to make quick buck. Never going into fair negotiations.
