Review Time
I orderd something without thinking then tried to cancel it few hours later but was out of the 30min cancel period. I then tried to instantly return it but they never paid the customs charges so now I have paid £50 for an item I don't want and £16 for return fees and don't have the item or my money back (it's been three months)
ordered a robotic dog for my daughter when it arrived it was squashed into a bag (no box) it looked nothing like the product they described, one of the legs was broken and didn't even work. very unhappy!!!! would not recommend this company at all to get any products
I tried to return these items. Although not defective (which I made clear) they were not suitable. On-line consumer regulations give you 14 days to return regardless of reason. Emails from 'Emma' ( a bot) telling me I really didn't want to return items. Would be funny if not so frustrating. My advice: don't bother with this company.
Requested a fan for the summer, they make the bold claim that the item is delivered.They try to assure me the responsibility is in the hands of a mysterious courier who already delivered a package which does not exist.Company is not wishing to accept responsibility for failure on their part to deliver nor willing to provide any refund for the services they failed to render.
Ordered an item and it arrived as cheap tat, faulty and not what was advertised. Still trying to get a refund from a bot named Emma Robert!Keep saying i cant return for a refund as the postage would be to expensive to China, which I was happy to pay.Please dont order from this site, you may as well just burn your hard earned cash.
Avoid buying from this company!!! Ordered 2 blades units, both arrived not working. Customer service give the runaround, saying send a video. Video sent, then say they've passed it onto the team to look at fixing. Not sure how this is possible. They then reask for the video. When saying you've sent the video they then email asking to keep all emails in the same thread. This is what's been done. Asked for refund, they state 30 day money back guarantee. Takes over 24 hours for each reply. Can't see me getting money back. Stuck with 2 pieces of junk that'll have to be thrown out and out of pocket. Do not buy from these.
Fell into the trap of thinking this would arrive in time due to website stating deliveries were “5-7” business days. Ordered on the 6/8/25 and checked tracking provided on the 18/8/25 to discover it’s in China still. I’m UK. Needed car seat for a trip. If I’d known it was going to take this long I could have ordered the same item for much less on Temu. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it.
Please don’t buy from this company. As others have said the delivery time is excessive, you can’t do returns as it would mean posting back to China. Their stock photos are from other sites, the quality of the tap I bought isn’t great! Read Trustpilot first
