AVOID. Bought heated socks, it didn’t mention anywhere that there wasn’t a battery pack included (it said requires batteries, but there is nothing to attach them to). It is now 4 weeks since first contact with their bot, I’m just £30 out of pocket. I should have stuck with the tax dodgers of Amazon, at least their returns policy works.

Fake itemsI purchased an item which was described as an official product with official label and hangtag (a squishmallow).Whilst the item received is a very good copy, it is most certainly not an official product.When I questioned this, customer services completely ignored the point raised and instead pointed out that I could return to their overseas facility at a high cost!Product quality is fine - just know that whatever you are buying is probably fake even if it's advertised as official or genuine!!!
