I want to share my experience with this company, as it may help others seeking information about how they operate. My rental contract ended on 15/07/2025, which stated that the security deposit should be returned within 90 to 120 days. That deadline has now passed. Upon contacting the company, I was told that the refund couldn't be processed because the employee responsible for final validations is absent, and they've been gone for over a month. Other former clients have reported similar issues, raising doubts about the legitimacy of this situation. Regardless of their explanation, the facts remain: the refund deadline has been exceeded, and the absence of one employee is not a valid excuse. I was even given a written guarantee for a refund “by the end of the month,” which has not happened. Today is the 10th, and I still have no updates. Terrible service.
