Extremely Disappointing Experience

The service is absolutely terrible! The promised 90-120 days have passed, and my deposit is still not returned. It's truly disappointing that they do not honor the contract provided. Any complaints regarding issues like cold water, broken doors, and other responsibilities of the landlord are simply ignored. There are many dishonest individuals involved, including the managers who pretend to address concerns but fail to do so. Avoid signing a contract with them! You will likely never see your deposit again or receive the quality service they claim to offer!

Steer Clear of This Company

I want to share my experience with this company, as it may help others seeking information about how they operate. My rental contract ended on 15/07/2025, which stated that the security deposit should be returned within 90 to 120 days. That deadline has now passed. Upon contacting the company, I was told that the refund couldn't be processed because the employee responsible for final validations is absent, and they've been gone for over a month. Other former clients have reported similar issues, raising doubts about the legitimacy of this situation. Regardless of their explanation, the facts remain: the refund deadline has been exceeded, and the absence of one employee is not a valid excuse. I was even given a written guarantee for a refund “by the end of the month,” which has not happened. Today is the 10th, and I still have no updates. Terrible service.

One Star is Generous

One star is generous considering the circumstances. This company has been a nightmare! After moving out, I’ve been completely ignored regarding my rental deposit. For weeks, my emails went unanswered, and only at the last moment before the 120-day limit did they claim there were “damages” without justification. When I requested proper documentation, they went silent again. This company exploits vulnerable tenants, especially those who are short-term, making it difficult to pursue legal action after their stay. Their practices are unethical and contribute to the already dire housing situation. Avoid them!

Extremely Negative Experience

I lived in one of their shared flats for over 6 months, and the landlords and management showed no concern for tenants. Communication was poor—emails and messages were mostly ignored. My room had mold, and I had to fight for over two months just to get noticed! Promised repairs never happened, whether it was broken doors or Wi-Fi issues. The deposit is never refunded, regardless of the condition of the property. Do not book with this company!

Warning: Possible Scam

Be cautious; this might be a scam! The overall service was acceptable, but there were instances of water being cut off suddenly due to unpaid bills. What makes this a scam is that no one is getting their deposits back. I shared a flat with several others, and we are still in contact; they keep making up excuses to withhold deposits from each of us.

Six Months of Poor Service

I stayed for about six months, and they were completely unresponsive. Whenever we requested something, they ignored us. We finally received our deposit a month later than the deadline, and it was only half of what we had put down. They claimed it was due to unpaid bills we were unaware of. Don’t trust them.
