One star is generous considering the circumstances. This company has been a nightmare! After moving out, I’ve been completely ignored regarding my rental deposit. For weeks, my emails went unanswered, and only at the last moment before the 120-day limit did they claim there were “damages” without justification. When I requested proper documentation, they went silent again. This company exploits vulnerable tenants, especially those who are short-term, making it difficult to pursue legal action after their stay.
