Almost a year later and still waiting on my deposit

Rented a room in lisbon with them. I thought that since there are a lot of scams when renting a room in lisbon, it would have been safer to rent with an agency. Oh boy was I wrong! I rented a room for two months: 450€ per month including 30€ a month for utilities. The contract stated that the 250€ deposit would have been returned after a maximum of 90 days. Three months after leaving my room i still hadn’t received anything, so I decided to contact the agency. After WEEKS of talking to them I was told that I spent more than 30€/month so i had to pay extra bills. At one point they sent me a screenshot of my expenses in which i supposedly had spent almost 250€ in one month for just water expenses (mind you during this month I had no hot water so I was forced to shower at my partner’s house and my roommate was absent, so the house was basically empty).I asked for the proof of the utility expenses, and only then they realized i didn’t in fact spend that much. After another week or so they finally sent me the bills. So I put my mind at peace, I thought that i would have received only 200€ instead of the 250€. I was still mad but ok.After 46 days I finally get the proof of bank transfer in which I see that they deducted an extra of 30€, for cleaning purposes.The contract states that you may be charged 30€ in case a professional clean up is needed. Since I left the room clean and tidy, i kindly ask why the cleaning was needed, why nobody told me i was going to be charged that sum of money (since at this point i had been in contact with the financial department for two months) and an invoice of such payment.To this day, i have been waiting almost six months since i first asked for an invoice of such payment, and no one is sending it to me. Why can’t they provide it to me? If i was charged something they must have the proof of payment. This company is extremely disorganised, no one ever takes any responsibility, they don’t answer messages in hope people will forget they are not returning their money. I wholeheartedly suggest you not to rent with them.It is ridiculous that I have left the room in September 2024 and to this day I am still waiting to get explanations. It has been almost a year!
