When my order arrived, it was missing a Christmas stocking. I had ordered three for matching purposes. By the time my order reached me, the missing item was out of stock. I emailed to ask for a different color that was available, but I received no reply. Tomorrow will mark two weeks since my initial email, and now that item is also out of stock as my request has been overlooked. I am unhappy with the lack of communication and will not have matching stockings or even an offer for a refund. I understand there may be shipping concerns, but this was not my fault, and I would appreciate a response.
