When my order arrived, it was missing a Christmas stocking. I had ordered three to ensure they all matched. The missing item was out of stock by the time my order reached me. I emailed to request a different color that was available, but received no response. Tomorrow marks two weeks since my initial email, and now there are none in stock as my inquiry has been ignored. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and will not have matching stockings or even an option for a refund. I understand there may be shipping concerns, but this was not my mistake, and I would appreciate a reply.
