Their lack of customer care has left me reconsidering my future purchases.I even took the step of posting a review on their website to inform other customers about my experience, but disappointingly, they have not published it. It appears they are actively filtering out negative feedback, which raises questions about their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction.
