Absolutely incredible company.
I have been and remain honestly so grateful, so overwhelmed and so appreciative of this incredible group of people who do not just a great job, but with such kindness, efficiency and consummate professionalism.
I didn't know there were any UK companies who existed in the UK at these devastatingly difficult times. That work like Benenden does.
I was physically assaulted at work. Because the role was so gruelling- it left you beyond flattened which meant I never had any time to make use of their incredible array of services.
However- now I have made use and been absolutely beyond grateful for the wonderful support they offer.
They offer so many different services including GP's, Counselling, Physiotherapy ~ and even medical procedures.
The team members are all so kind and helpful. I still recall the day I first managed to call them - and the lady who helped me set up the membership activation was so very helpful and efficient: when you are completely flattened with trauma and physical pain -you don't forget those days when things that can and often do become impossible and convoluted- actually work like a dream.
That hasn't changed over the 10 weeks of help I have had from them. Every last interaction is fast, issues get sorted quickly if there are any which there generally aren't but if you land at the wrong door you get quickly re-diverted.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the superlative service this company offers.
I was talking to a lady one day who told me many of the staff have worked there for years and years. I couldn't understand how such a healthy ethical company with all the staff doing so very much to help customers- could exist.
It really is testament to Benenden that they are getting things so right particularly when so many companies in the UK are not as we are truly struggling as a country.
Benenden has been light at a very dark time when those who have been genuine, kind and fantastic at their jobs -really do stand out.
The NHS, the HSE and the Police have all been brilliant: but there is only one non government/ non public company that can take that credit and it is Benenden.
Thank you to all of the team in every pocket of the array of services that you offer. Thank you especially to Abi and Michelle who helped me this last week with such kindness and support.
